1. Return Window You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original premium packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons (as these are personal wellness devices), items that have been used or whose hygiene seal has been broken cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
